Terms of Use
1. What this platform is
Profayl is a candidate-first recruitment platform. Job seekers create one profile; verified employers search that profile database to find and contact candidates directly. We do not post job advertisements, and job seekers cannot search or contact other job seekers or employers directly through the platform.
2. Account accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, truthful information in your profile, including education, experience, and any documents you upload. Submitting false qualifications, fabricated work history, or fraudulent company registration documents may result in account suspension or termination.
3. Verification
Job seeker accounts require email and phone verification before a profile becomes searchable. Employer accounts require administrator approval of company registration documents before search access is granted. We reserve the right to manually verify contact details and to reject or revoke verification at our discretion.
4. Acceptable use
Employers may not use information obtained through this platform for any purpose other than legitimate recruitment, and may not discriminate against candidates on any unlawful basis when searching or filtering profiles. Job seekers may not use the platform to harass employers or submit content that is false, offensive, or infringes on someone else's rights.
5. Content you upload
You retain ownership of the videos, documents, and other content you upload. By uploading it, you grant us permission to store and display it to verified employers (for job seekers) or administrators (for employers) as necessary to operate the platform.
6. Account suspension
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, provide fraudulent information, or misuse the platform. Job seekers and employers can also request deletion of their own account at any time.
7. No guarantee of employment
We do not guarantee that job seekers will be contacted by employers or that employers will find suitable candidates. The platform is a search and discovery tool, not an employment agency.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
